Introduction
You can’t buy a new face at the surgeon’s or a good posture in a boutique- you can only make them yourself. As usual, the essentials are free. Looking after yourself does not just mean keeping yourself clean and well dressed. An expensive hair-do is soon wasted on an unbalanced head. The canvas for make-up is the quality of your skin, muscle-tone and expression.
Origins
In 1991 Harper Collins published Juliette Kando‘s best selling book Natural Facelift, which is still on the market today, now in many languages. The exercises and videos on Exercises for the Face.com are a progression of those originally published in the book.

I mostly agree, especially about training the eyes for improved eye sight.

I’m really glad I found this exercises for the face website. I’ve also got Juliette Kando’s book “Natural Facelift”. It’s made me look and feel years younger.

I got rid of my frown and am now working on the neck and chin area. So glad I found this site, I’ll never stop now. I’ll try and get my husband to do some chin-ups, it might get rid of his growing double chin!

I’ve been doing some of these exercises for nearly a year as part of my morning routine and feel much more alert and younger than before I started. Thanks a million!
